About us
Valter originates from northern Italy close to the Swiss border. He trained as a baker, working in Italy and Switzerland before working for Princess Cruises. It was here, that he met his wife Sandra who was working as a senior purser. Sandra is a born and bred ‘rutlander’ who had previously worked at The Crown Hotel in Oakham, Lady Anne’s in Stamford and the luxurious Stapleford Park.
Their aim for The Fox and Hounds is quite simple - offer you quality food and drink at affordable prices, within a friendly and warm atmosphere.
